How to Delete Your Data

This page explains how to ask for your data to be deleted from NOVARIS Go. The full details are in section 6 of the NOVARIS Go Privacy Policy.

1. If You Are a Customer of a Business That Uses NOVARIS Go

If you wrote to or called a business that uses NOVARIS Go, you can ask for your data to be deleted in two ways:

• Write to us at privacy@novarissolution.com. Include your name, the name of the business and the channel you used (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or a call), with your phone number or username, so we can find your data.
• Or ask the business, which can delete customers and conversations from the platform.

2. If Your Business Uses NOVARIS Go

• Delete customers or conversations: from the platform, at any time.
• Disconnect Google Calendar: from NOVARIS Go; we immediately delete the access permission. You can also remove it from your Google Account, under Security → Third-party apps with account access.
• Cancel the account: you have 30 days to download your data. We notify you on the day you cancel, and again 15, 7 and 1 day before deletion. After those 30 days, the data is permanently deleted; from backups, within a further 30 days at most.
• Ask by email: write to privacy@novarissolution.com from your account’s email address.

3. If You Contacted Us Through This Website

If you used a form on this website (Let’s talk, Contact or the waitlist), you can ask us to delete your data by writing to privacy@novarissolution.com.

We reply within 30 days at most.
