This policy describes uses that are not permitted when interacting with NOVARIS public websites, forms, services, or systems.
You must not use NOVARIS resources for:
1. Illegal Activity
Conducting, facilitating, or promoting activities that violate applicable laws or rights.
2. Unauthorized Access
Attempting to access accounts, systems, data, interfaces, endpoints, or infrastructure without authorization.
3. Interference or Abuse
Attempting to degrade, disrupt, overload, or prevent the normal operation of our systems or supporting services.
4. Malicious Code or Content
Transmitting malware, harmful code, malicious files, or content designed to exploit vulnerabilities.
5. Communication Abuse
Using NOVARIS forms, addresses, or communication channels for spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or abusive communications.
6. Improper Collection of Information
Attempting to extract, collect, or access information through unauthorized techniques or by circumventing technical controls.
7. Security Research
We appreciate good-faith security reports.
Security research should not cause harm, unnecessarily access third-party data, disrupt services, or exceed what is reasonably required to demonstrate an issue.

Businesses that use NOVARIS Go to write to their customers must:
- have each person’s permission before writing to them, and stop when they ask;
- follow the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies, and the rules of every channel they connect;
- not send spam or misleading messages, or impersonate another person or company.
